DTF transfers are full-color heat-applied transfers for light and dark garments. No weeding or masking is required and DTF transfers can be applied to cotton, cotton/poly blends, and even 100% polyester. The biggest upside to our prints is there is no setup fees, and no minimums. We also offer custom printing HERE. We print all IN-HOUSE with an industrial-sized printer. This allows you to take care of those one-off orders without having a setup fee for each design.

-If multiple items are purchased with a DTF transfer, the entire order will not be fulfilled until the DTF transfer is ready.

* When enlarging or shrinking we preserve the dimensions of the original image. If the width is longer than the height, the width is treated as the longest side. If the height is longer than the width, the height is treated as the longest side.

Recommended Fabrics: Cotton, Blends, Polyester, etc…

Temperature Range Cotton: 300°F; Heat Press is recommended for DTF prints.

Temperature Range Polyester & Blends: 280°F;

Press Time:1^st Press 10 seconds without Teflon Sheet; 2nd Press 5 seconds with Teflon Sheet.

Pressure: Medium-High

Peel: Cold

Set heat press machine to desired temperature.
Place garment on pad, smooth wrinkles and remove any lint or foreign material from the surface of the garment. Prepress garment for 5 seconds to release moisture.
Center transfer on shirt/material and press for 10 seconds (do not use Teflon sheet for 1^st press). Release heat press and remove film. Peel transfer COLD.
Next, place Teflon sheet on top of image and press again using the same settings as before for 5 Seconds.
Release heat press, remove Teflon sheet and your garment is ready to wear.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: Wait 24 hours before first
washing. Turn the garment inside out. Machine wash with mild detergent.
NO bleach. Dry at a normal dryer setting on household machines. Do not
dry clean. Do not use fabric softener. Instructions apply to the
material only, please follow garment washing instructions as well.
