Vinyl Creation Supply offers free shipping on orders over $75.00 within the US. The shipping method will be the choice of our shipping department, and will be USPS or UPS and take 2-7 days.

 

Local Pick Up for Online orders

Vinyl Creation Supply now offers local pick up. When placing your order online, choose the "Curbside Pickup" option at checkout. Please allow 30 minutes after placing your order before you arrive to pick it up. The pickup address is 23432 Hwy 59 Porter, TX 77365.  Once you arrive, please call (281) 354-5236 and let us know that you are here and we will have your order right out.

**Please Note: We ask that you pick up your order within 5 business days. Orders that have not been picked up within one week (7 days) of purchase will be refunded and put back in stock. We will work with you in special circumstances, please call us to coordinate (281) 354-5236. **

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of online orders may only be processed prior to order fulfillment. Since each order is processed as quickly as possible, User must contact the us by phone at (281) 354-5236.  Only non-fulfilled orders will be cancelled, all fulfilled (shipped) orders will be treated under the Returns Policy.

 

Shipping

Domestic:

We can ship to any address in the United States.  All packages will be shipped priority with a fixed rate of $8.00.  I'm not responsible for items once shipped such as damaged packages, lost or stolen, or delayed by USPS. We will do everything I can to help you locate your shipment but we have no control over what happens once USPS picks it up.

We will help you determine what steps you need to take in order to receive a full refund for your damaged order or lost shipment. Please know it is your responsibility to file a claim with USPS within 60 days for damaged packages.

Please remember, for damaged shipments, you must keep both the box and the unused contents of the box for the post office to honor the claim. If you use any of the contents in the box whether damaged or not, you are accepting the entire shipment as is and will not receive a refund. Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return items for a refund or exchange with the exception of vinyl . All items must be unused and in good re-saleable condition. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited to your account or to a credit card. Refunds returned after 30 days of the purchase date will not be accepted. You may exchange an item, as long as it is worth the same dollar amount as the initial purchase, additional shipping and handling charges will apply.  There will be no refunds on gift certificates that have been redeemed or partially used. You may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee for returns and exchanges, and customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
